JGK Advisory Pty Ltd (JGK Advisory) was established in 2019.
We provide value-for-money tailored solutions to our clients, covering all tiers of government, extending to corporates and NGOs as well.
Our philosophy is to ensure the right mix of knowledge, skills and experience to service our clients in a way that will deliver optimal business solutions.
Our people and wider network have the potential to deliver an enormous wealth of resources to the discussion table.

JGK wass founded by its principals, Jacob Gowor and George Knezevic.
Jacob Gowor
Principal
Jacob has over 18 years of experience working in the finance and accounting professional services industry. He has developed and implemented many strategies that included the provision of budgetary advice, developing financial policies and processes, sophisticated modelling, and delivering effective and efficient corporate services.
Jacob has held roles as a CFO and his extensive knowledge combined with his experiences working with diverse clients have provided him with the ability to analyse past performance as well as perform forward thinking prediction and modelling.
Jacob has a strong background in organisational governance and together with risk management, has implemented numerous assurance and performance reporting systems.

Roman Gowor
Specialist Consultant
Commercial specialist with 15 years’ experience across Government agencies, industry, parliament, and not-for-profit sector. Strong multidisciplinary background including well-developed strategy, political and communications skills, complemented by experience and training as a solicitor, corporate governance expert and public policy practitioner.
Roman possesses excellent commercial acumen, supported by background in project management, with a track record of delivering strong procurement and contract management outcomes across a range of government agencies. He has well-developed stakeholder management skills including experience in dealing with important industry groups and constituents on behalf of a Federal Minister, and representation of the Commonwealth in settlement of legal disputes. Track record of delivering outcomes through negotiation, including commercial agreements for novel ICT projects, representing industry and not-for-profit bodies in securing government funding, and settling high-value and sensitive legal claims against the Commonwealth.
Held key roles in various high-profile reform and implementation programs, including reform of VET funding, roll-out of Cashless Debit Card trial, establishment of a Defence reparations program, procurement of Defence satellite capability, and Commonwealth water buybacks. A confident communicator, with proven experience in a range of contexts from distilling complex ideas as a university lecturer, through to briefing senior government Ministers.
